Summer Reading Program Kickoff with Henna Caravan!

This summer is going to be full of special activities and rewards for reading! Come and learn about the schedule, sign-up for Summer Reading’s Beneath the Surface program, have some snacks, and learn about and experience henna art with representatives from the very popular Henna Caravan! (Everyone is welcome but you will need to reserve a space if you would like to have henna art drawn on your hand. Come to the Information Desk to sign-up.)

Beneath the Surface SRP T-Shirt Design Workshop

Carl Soto is returning to help us design a one-of-a-kind t-shirt to express this year’s Summer Reading Program theme, Beneath the Surface. Every participant who helps with the design will receive a shirt after Carl has silkscreened them later this summer. Space is limited, so be sure to sign-up when you register for Summer Reading at the South Oxnard Branch Library!
“Diggers” presented by Wildlife Experience
