Carl Soto is returning to help us design a one-of-a-kind t-shirt to express this year’s Summer Reading Program theme, Beneath the Surface. Every participant who helps with the design will receive a shirt after Carl has silkscreened them later this summer. Enjoy a visit from some animals that dig or live underground - part of this year's "Dig into Reading" Summer Reading Program for children. This event will be held in the South Oxnard Center Multipurpose Room, and is limited to the first 100 attendees.
